You could spend a pretty penny on lovely furniture, but the cheap art you plastered on the walls could ruin it. I know because I’ve seen it. Recently, I took a tour of a new condominium building in Downtown Toronto, this building was offering LUXURY rental units. The place was immaculate. However, they have some generic artwork plastered throughout the common areas. And honestly, it didn’t leave my mind. I thought, they spent ALL this money on luxe tile, light fixtures and furniture only to put some boring prints on the wall…C’mon.
Art is make or break. Ditch the generic stuff you find at the discount stores and invest in artwork that will enhance your space. Let’s explore some options.
