I understand that unexpected events and schedule changes may occur. To ensure fairness to all clients and efficiently manage my appointments, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Appointment Cancellations: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by email daniela@spacesbydee.com as soon as possible.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. I encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel if they cannot attend a session, to avoid incurring this fee.
- No-shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, they will be charged the full cost of the session.
